Kalvebod Fælled School
Kalvebod Fælled School opened its doors in May 2018 after 4 years of construction. The school is located on the border between country and city where it creates a bridge between nature and city life. Looking out the windows, on one side you can see the urban district Ørestad, and on the other side you can see grazing cows on Kalvebod Fælled.
The round building is filled with beautiful details, beautiful rooms, beautiful niches - and it creates a very special setting for a good school life.
Tripplex has supplied both ceiling and wall cladding of a total of 7,562m2 of the product wooden slats plywood.

Light and acoustic materials bring life to the school
The school has a round shape, where the center of the school is the large sports hall. The unique thing is that the hall is designed with large windows, which provides lots of light, and a special view to and between all classrooms on the floors.
